At the Spring Garden Rd. Memorial Public Library - This year's series of timeOUT lectures will cover a broad range of issues facing the GLBTQ (gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and queer) community including education and transgender issues. Cosponsored by the NSRAP and HalifaxPride.
