2 p.m. to midnight: LooseEndsCurling - Pink Broom 2010 @ the Mayflower Curling Club (3000 Monaghan Dr); a fundraiser to support curling teams from Halifax to compete in the 5th annual Canadian Gay National Curling Championships in Calgary. No experience necessary, beginners welcome! All Equipment provided, ensure you bring clean sneakers (not worn outside) and warm clothing (like gym pants, and sweaters).
: Start time: New Curlers 2pm (for Curling Lessons), All Others 3pm. Dancing, Raffles and Fun Awards start after 9 p.m.
: Cost: $30 per person (includes intro curling lesson, three 4-end games, and dance ticket), $10 per person (dance ticket only). Registration is limited due to ice availability, only 72 curling spots are available and all tickets will be pre-sold.

6 p.m. to 1 a.m.: HalifaxPride Fancy Gay Dress Party at Harbourfront Marriott Hotel
: It’s time to get spiffy in support of a great cause. The second annual “Fancy Gay Dress Party” in support of HalifaxPride will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2010 at the Marriott Harbourfront Hotel in Halifax. Reception at 6pm, dinner at 7pm, dancing to follow! You’ll laugh, you’ll dine, you’ll help keep Atlantic Canada’s largest LGBTQ cultural celebration accessible.
: Tables are available at $1,000 (logo included in guide) and individual tickets are $100. Gift bag sponsorships are also still available at $200 each (logo on gift bag tag). 8 p.m.: The B-52s in concert at Schooner Showroom, Casino Nova Scotia
: The B-52's, famous for songs such as "Rock Lobster" and " Love Shack" will perform two shows at the Schooner Showroom.
: Tickets are $70 each including tax and service charges. Tickets are subject to an additional $4 per order fee for online purchases.
: All patrons must be 19 years of age or older to attend. The concert begins at 8pm.
