7:30pm
Gay Ol' Christmas Comedy Show hosted by Adam and Lindsay Present; Seahorse Tavern. This is our one year anniversary show!!!!! Can you believe it's been a whole year of Adam and Lindsay Present shows? Ya, we can't either. Time flies when you're barely paying attention, letting life pass you by.
Come hear some jokes, surrounded by tacky Dollarama decorations, in the basement of a bar. We truly cannot think of anything cozier this time of year. Ho ho ho. While the name suggests otherwise, this show is less about being gay and celebrating Christmas and more about hanging out with some of Halifax's funniest people! Can you believe some of the comics on the show aren't even gay? Or Christians?!
FEATURING: Lisa Buchanan, Kirsten Finch, Kristyn Green, Ian Mullan, Nolan Natasha, Jordan Roberts
NEWBIES: Jenna Bean, Margaret Frances, Rachael Sheppard
HEADLINER: Megan McDowell?
$10 at the door. Doors open at 7:30, show at 8 sharp!
If you’d like to come to the show and need ASL interpretation, let us know.
We're stoked to say the show upstairs (The Mellotones) doesn't start until 10pm so our jokes won't be accompanied by death metal this time. Plan your excitement accordingly.

A newly-wed bartender from a quiet upbringing stumbles into the world of nightclub performance in the 1930s, with stage partner who refuses to be anything less than herself. When the pair find sanctuary in the rise of a new pop-culture phenomenon, the strict confines of gender and sexuality are tossed out the window, and new feelings and perspectives bloom - But will the world let them last?
