Our home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac (hardly any traffic) in a nice subdivision. Within walking distance to South Centre Mall, on a bus route and roughly a 15 minute drive to downtown Halifax (about 10 km from our home to the Aliant Building on Barrington St.).

Heat, lights, cable, internet, laundry facilities, phone (local calling) are included. Shared kitchen, bathroom (full bath upstairs/half downstairs), and large living area. Access to household utilities/appliances and the use of a separate refrigerator.

The Renter must be employed or a mature student, clean, respectful, honest, and independent/not needy. Also, he or she has to like cats as we have two indoor ones. This is a month to month rental and a deposit ($175) will be required.

We are two professional males (we live a calm and private life) who work a lot and value our downtime when we’re home, so our home is a quiet space and we ask the same.
