Hosted by CGLCC, Canada’s 2SLGBTQI+ Chamber of Commerce, this event is designed by and for queer and trans entrepreneurs. It brings together business owners, allies, government bodies, corporations, and non-profits to create a supportive and inclusive space for growth.
The symposium features breakout sessions on essential business skills, trade booth exhibitions, and networking opportunities with like-minded individuals and potential partners. Attendees will learn about the $25M 2SLGBTQI+ Federal Entrepreneurship Fund, gain practical insights on financial management, branding, and more, and celebrate the achievements of 2SLGBTQI+ entrepreneurs.

Queer Newcomer & Immigrant Program
If you are a queer newcomer looking for a safe space to build connections with fellow queer newcomers and find a sense of belonging in Halifax's 2SLGBTQIA+ community, this program is for you! Whether you are out and proud or questioning, a newcomer or a longtime resident of Canada, you are welcome to attend.
The program consists of fun activities such as conversation groups, experience-sharing sessions, arts and crafts, and much more. Light refreshments will be provided. More info online.
