Halifax Queer Birders: Shubie Park
The Halifax Queer Birders is an inclusive, welcoming space for queer folks, people of colour, Indigenous people, neurodivergent people, and disabled people to connect with nature, learn about local birds, and enjoy a gentle outdoor walk together.
Join us for a cozy late-fall birding walk at Shubie Park! We’ll explore the trails between Lake Micmac and Lake Charles, enoying the forest paths and lakeside viewpoints while spotting resident and migratory birds.
Register: for free! Please register in advance to reserve your spot and help us plan for group size.
Location: Fairbanks Centre, 54 Locks Road, Dartmouth
