Amadeus is a central cafe on the end of Spring Garden Road near ParkLane? and is home to all sorts.
As of 2004 it is not so much a gay hang out anymore, you can still find some on the patio, but mainly due to constant owner changes, many have lost interest.
June 10, 2005: Amadeus now has new management and a new name - forget what its called.
BaraCuda writes: August 22, 2005 What used to be Cafe Amadeus is under new ownership and is called CyberBreak? Cafe. This is now the second location for CyberBreak?, the other being in Burnside. The Spring Garden Road location is still a great place to enjoy fine coffee and sit outdoors on the patio to people-watch. The staff appears to be very courteous and gay-friendly. I believe one can also surf the web from this location on available computers.
