Halifax FrontRunners

Active since 1994, the Frontrunners are a group of LGBT people who run, jog, and walk together in Halifax. The group is open to people of all abilities, and welcomes everyone from beginners to serious athletes.

The Frontrunners meet at the entrance to the Public Gardens (on the corner of Spring Garden and South Park) three times a week:

• Tuesdays at 6 p.m.
• Thursdays at 6 p.m.
• Saturdays at 9 a.m. (for walkers) and 9.30 a.m. (for runners).
  • After the Saturday walk/run, participants meet for coffee and snacks.
