Report to Elderberries Board, October 2025

The Halifax Pride AGM was held October 2, 2025.  Nathan Elling and Lynn Murphy attended via Zoom on behalf of Elderberries.

About forty people attended a meeting chaired by activist (and boxing coach) Lisa Buchanan.

Committee reports detailed a well-attended Pride Festival, and finances in recovery from some previous years’ expenditures.

Attendees elected a new Board, with several of last year’s Board re-elected to provide continuity.

Meeting adjourned.

Note :  In 2027, Halifax Pride will host the national Canada Pride event, and Halifax Pride will be looking for participants and volunteers.  See info at :
