If a page is completely irrelevant to gay life in Halifax, please put an entry on it like this:

 March 2004: this page is MarkedForDeletion because ...

Editors will periodically search for that symbol (see how to, below) and do the work. Generally to be a candidate a page will be:

• (Reason 1, above) AND
• not linked from any other pages.

A lot of the pages which get marked were part of the initial load of pages on the system which were opinion-heavy. The encyclopedia needed content and we wrote it. It's part of the natural evolution of the encyclopedia for the fact type pages to be very gradually not only diluting them but replacing them.
