The theme of this year's bash is Cirque du So-Gay, a queer medley of circus, burlesque, gogo dancing and one of Halifax's favourite DJs, Kitty Bass. Polish your prom shoes and come celebrate the fabulously queer prom we never had but always deserved. Open to all LGBT2Q+ friends and allies, join us for a night of dancing, camaraderie and celebrating at Good Robot!
Many of us have school prom experiences that were not LGBT2Q+ affirming. Many of us were unable to go to prom with the person we wanted to go with, wear what we wanted, and express ourselves in the ways that make us feel best. Queer Prom is a night for wearing whatever makes you feel best and celebrating with the people you love.
Event is 19+ and tickets will be sold at the door and on Eventbrite, non-alcoholic beverage options are available. :A portion of the door will be going to local queer community groups.

SLURP is a night of sonic xxxtacy brought you by a stacked line up of queer DJs. aniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiita, DJ Decison, Dumb Little Bitch and DJ kneesplint will be spinning tracks from queer sub-genres like, slut pop, jersey club, hyperpop and booty house with a focus on hyper charged, raunchy sounds.
SLURP is intended to be an expressive, sexy and safe space for freaks of every flavour to turn a look, let loose and feel themselves !!
