In Texas, the Krause List targets 850 books focused on race and LGBTQia+ stories – triggering sweeping book bans across the U.S. at an unprecedented rate. Librarians emerge as first responders in the fight for democracy as this doc shows the kind of thing Margaret Atwood warned us about is happening right now in parts of the US.
Note there are two screenings of this film: Saturday, December 6, 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 7, 8:00 p.m.
