Queer Moments in Life Writing Workshop
Be guided through a series of reflective writing exercises and archive your queer experiences as moments of healing and resistance in this workshop run by Dr. Christina Flemming of St. FX.
Queer storytelling opens space for personal and collective healing. Queer stories also function as sites of political resistance by insisting on presence, rather than silence. This workshop will guide participants through a series of reflective writing exercises, imagining three pivotal moments related to their own queer identities, then zooming in and creating the beginnings of a more in-depth snippet of your story, and finally, sharing with the group! In this session, we are not attempting to capture memories, but to make them even more expansive!

Tuesday night is Teen Night at the Library! Join us each week to learn new skills, meet people, enjoy some snacks, play games, or just relax. Each week, we'll be up to something new, and we'll provide everything you need to take part.
