I'm originally from Moncton. I've been here in Nova Scotia for probably 20 years now. First in rural Nova Scotia, part time in Halifax for probably the last 5 years, and permanently here for two years now.
I've always been "accused" of being a Leather guy, but really just looked the part. Friends have always wanted me to get more into it, but I've never really had the opportunity. Not a big Leather community in rural Nova Scotia.
Basically peer pressure. Pure peer pressure got me into the Leather scene <grin>, but it really didn't take a lot of goading to get me to do it.
I'm currently working for an Architectural firm here in Halifax, giving technical advise, doing Design Development, and working towards becoming an Associate in the company. I absolutely love my job, and I'm a bit of a workaholic. Basically my life revolves around work and going to the gym. I workout 4 to 5 days a week, not to get huge, just to look good coming out of the shower and turn heads at the beach <grin>.
Getting my life settled here in Halifax, I'm looking forward to being able to get more involved in the community, and winning the first ever title of "Mr. MenzBar", has given me the perfect opportunity to do just that.
