Buddies Bar was located at 1537 Barrington St, a half a block south of Maritime Mall. It was open from 1998 to summer 1999.
One visitor says: This bar was quite nice. There was a pub in front and a dance area out back, so there was always a place to talk. Unfortunately, this bar was labeled as a LesbianBar, and became unpopular. What's the deal with that?
