Editing pages on this system is very easy.

Before you work on any established articles, you probably want to experiment with formatting and editing. There is a "sandbox" for this. Visit WikiSandBox, hit the Edit button, play, preview, save, change anything, try anything. That's what it's for.

Don't worry about messing up anything. Every version of every page is kept forever and can be restored with a couple clicks.

1. Go to the page you want to edit
2. In the bottom left corner, click on the link that says "Edit this page"
3. Make your changes to the text. If you want to do anything fancy, you can read this page.
4. You can click Preview (also at the bottom) to see what the page will look like after you save it.
5. Scroll to the bottom. The first time you edit a page there will be a simple question to answer.
6. write just a few words about what you changed in the Summary box.
7. Put your name in the Username box.
8. Click Save

Footnotes are easy and inobtrusive. Please footnote your sources.

You should sign your work. Create your own page in e.g. JaneSmith format.
