Jak's a total sweetie, or so -some- of the other regulars believe.

He hugs and kisses everyone frequently and always cheers everyone up.

But Jak is also the channel's mystery man. Few have met him and he hardly ever accepts invitations to coffee.

Jak is an Aquarian.

Jak is a movie and music freak, and is totally addicted to buying DVDs - so much so, that his nick should be "dvdAddict". Jak loves talking about movies with anyone at any time.

Jak's favourite music is classical and opera, especially the late Romantics, from Ludwig van Beethoven to Giacomo Puccini to Richard Strauss to Gustav Mahler to Richard Wagner.

Favourite TV shows include the X-Files and Queer as Folk. He also loves the original Twilight Zone. In jak's opinion, the three best TV productions of all time are War & Remembrance, Brideshead Revisited and Queer as Folk US. Brideshead is the very best of all - a near verbatim adaptation of the Evelyn Waugh novel starring Jeremy Irons, Sir Laurence Olivier and Sir John Gielgud. All three of these are finally available on DVD.

Jak is a total sweetie and I am one of the lucky ones to have met him. He is a great guy, and an excellent host with a good sense of humor. And he makes good pizza too. :p hehe
