These sort of port visit pamphlets tend to be so ephemeral and usually kept by only obsessive travel pack rats. They may also have been produced by the US Navy or the Royal Navy as the visiting ships usually take charge of briefing their own sailors. I will ask a few navy types and let you know if anything turns up.
