What better way to celebrate the 69th day of the year by joining the HalifaxBears for another afternoon at Propeller Brewery & Arcade, a speakeasy-style getaway filled with vintage arcade games, pinball machines, and ticket-games like skee-ball! The cavernous underground beer garden features 12 taps and a spacious seating area surrounded by classics like Pac-man, Mortal Kombat, The Simpsons, and more!
We'll gather upstairs in the main area at 3pm and admission to the downstairs Propeller Arcade opens at 4pm. Games accept either quarters or loonies, so bring coins 🪙. If you need coins, there is an ATM on site and the bartender can provide change.
International Womens Day Concert with the WomenNextDoor
The Women Next Door welcome you to a concert of songs celebrating the joys and struggles of our lives as women, followed by a sing-along of some of our favourite songs from IWD marches of years past. Refreshments to follow.

Lesbian Singles Night
This is a singles night, specifically single lesbian and gay women to gather, to mingle and to socialize.
This event is focused on providing a safer space for women, trans, and gender nonconforming folks– whoever you are– to come laugh, celebrate and dance the night away! Live performances, rad DJs, plus bar service available with alcohol to purchase and free non-alcoholic beverages! Full bar service will be available (cash, debit, credit) and for our sober pals, friends in recovery, and those trying to imbibe safely- free water, pop, and bubly :)
