David was born in Halifax, and was a long-term employee of Maritime Tel and Tel with a passion for travel, music, and reading. His devotion to helping people is well known and will always be remembered. He was a member of SafeHarbourChurch, and regularly attended its monthly dinners for members. A very soft-spoken and eloquent conversationalist, he contributed to the MannaForHealth food bank both financially and through gifts to all of the recipients of the food bank at Christmas.
