 MEMBERSHIP Membership shall be open to all men of
    legal age who are in general agreement ith the aims and purposes of the
    Brotherhood. All prospective members: 
      Will be required to complete and sign an
        application form to be accompanied by the application fee.Must be sponsored by one (1) member in
        good standing and undergo and informal interview with the Membership
        Committee.The general membership will approve or
        disapprove by consensus the membership application.A non-member may attend a General
        Membership meeting at the invitation of the Membership Committee.A non-member may attend a General
        Membership meeting at the invitation of any member in good standing,
        provided that the said member has determined that, in his judgement, the
        non-member is a serious and trustworthy potential candidate for
        membership and that there is no justifiable reason for not inviting him
        to a meeting.
A member is responsible to "TIGHTROPE" for the behaviour of his
guest(s).
      
      A prospective must attend at least two (2) "TIGHTROPE" meetings within three (3) months before a vote is taken on whether to admit his as a member.
      
      Where circumstances make attendance particularly difficult, the requirements of section G may be reduced to one (1) meeting, at the recommendation of the Executive Committee.
      
       Absolute discretion with regard to the
    affairs of the Brotherhood shall be maintained at all times by all members.
