Bedford United Church

Bedford United Church (BUC) welcomes all persons to take part in every aspect of church life including membership, leadership, celebrating life passages and marriage. Several members of the LGBT community are active members of BUC’s congregation.

BUC was the first United Church to become Affirming in Nova Scotia. Affirming means that Q folk are not just allowed to marry and be clergy, they are invited to. It is a member of AffirmUnited.

Service times are on the website below; a staffed nursery and programs for children are available during the worship service.

The Bedford United Church is a member of AffirmUnited.
