• June 10, 1999: Official registered as a society
• 2005: First OUTBid
• 2011: 2011 PrideCommittee Bylaw Changes
• 2012: 2012 PrideCommittee Bylaw Changes
• September 24, 2013: 2013 Pride Theft is reported
• October, 2013: the Pride Committee made these Bylaw Changes
• October 3, 2016: Official name changed to Halifax Pride Society (formerly Halifax Pride Committee)
• October 5, 2016: 2016 Halifax Pride AGM
