Workout with North Endurance!
Get ready to sweat! North Endurance invites you for a FREE WORKOUT on the Halifax Commons. Back for our fifth year, this is one of our favourite workouts - getting outside and hanging out with all of you! A beginner friendly workout with all bodyweight movements, our team of Trainers - and special guest co-coach Ripped Green! - will help all those attending move safely and affectively to ensure you have fun and get a great workout! So kickstart your Saturday with us and get pumped before the parade!
Look for us on the Halifax Commons between the North Common Public Washroom (Along Cunard St) and the Commons Water Fountain. In the event of rain we'll meet at North Endurance (5687 West St), a short 400m walk from the Commons. Keep an eye on our social media for updates (Instagram, @northendurance). Any questions, please email or DM us!

QueerRunClub

9:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
QueerRunClub - RadPride Edition
ueer Run Club Halifax is a social club more than a traditional run club. We are a free, no sign-up group for all skill levels and abilities. QRC meets every Saturday outside the Halifax Brewery Market. The intention behind Queer Run Club is to reclaim public space while creating an atmosphere of play to feel freedom in our bodies, moving them intentionally with a safe and supportive group of pals. We have a 5km route around the Halifax waterfront, but there is no set pace for our runs! We encourage folks to go at whatever pace feels comfy for them on the day. If 5km feels like too much, the route is a loop! Run, walk or roll part of the route, or just come join for coffee and community post run.
We are so excited to collaborate with RadPride this year to offer Pride Run to community. That's right, we are keeping it grassroots, police free, anti-capitalist & decolonized! We're here to bring big queer joy through movement, but we are also here to remember where we came from, and what futures we want to build collectively and live in going forward. We can't wait to laugh, dream, scheme, move and be in each other's company. Come run with us!
Route and more details available on rad pride website.
