- Briefly named SaunaGIJoe July, 2020 - late September, 2020
- Again SeaDogsSauna since September, 2020
- September 20, 2021: SeaDogsSauna is for sale.
- August 1, 2022: Seadogs closed permanently
- October, 2022: Has been taken over by Nightshade and renamed NightSpa. Described as "a mixed gender, private members, clothing optional spa."
- February, 2026: The Centre for Art Tapes is attempting to purchase the building.
