QueenOfDiamonds and King of Diamonds is an annual Pageant belonging to The Imperial Court of Halifax (IsCans). It was started in 2002 in place of King and Queen of Hearts that was taken back by ReflectionsCabaret. The winners of this pageant represent the Society and are entrants into The Imperial House of Diamonds under Queen Mother & Matriarch, and Principal Founder of The Imperial Court of Halifax (IsCans) NinaDiamonds.

- 2008/2009 (Reign VI): NateNBent?. No Prince Royal as no other contestants ran.
- 2007/2008 (Reign VI): David McMillian? No Prince Royal as no other contestants ran.
- 2006/2007 (Reign V): JaseN! Prince Royale AllanDowding?. 2nd Runner Up David MacMillan?.
- 2005/2006 (Reign IV): FordOccasion aka Shane Jeffrey. Prince Royale KentRose (Digital Sound). 2nd Runner Up David MacMillan?.
- 2004/2005 (Reign III): BrentLogan (SirRoundSound?). Prince Royale MrCumberbuns. 2nd Runner Up TerryShea.
- 2003/2004 (Reign II): Mr Chance. MikeDaviesCole also ran. JoshHiggins was crowned King of Diamonds II but abdicated when he moved to Fort MacMurray, Alberta. Prince Royale TyGer Fufu Dover.
- 2002/2003 (Reign I): None. Prince Royale RaydenDk. JustinKase also ran for this title. Rayden was Crowned King of Diamonds I but realized early on he was unable to fulfill his duties. The Crown then passed to RickOshea. Rick then was elevated to ICP III when the new Emperor proclaimed him so.
