QueenOfDiamonds and King of Diamonds is an annual Pageant belonging to The Imperial Court of Halifax (IsCans). It was started in 2002 in place of King and Queen of Hearts that was taken back by ReflectionsCabaret. The winners of this pageant represent the Society and are entrants into The Imperial House of Diamonds under Queen Mother & Matriarch, and Principal Founder of The Imperial Court of Halifax (IsCans) NinaDiamonds.

- 2008/2009 (Reign VI): NateNBent?. No Prince Royal as no other contestants ran.
- 2007/2008 (Reign VI): David McMillian? No Prince Royal as no other contestants ran.
- 2006/2007 (Reign V): JaseN! Prince Royale AllanDowding?. 2nd Runner Up David MacMillan?.
- 2005/2006 (Reign IV): Ford Occasion aka Shane Jeffrey. Prince Royale KentRose (Digital Sound). 2nd Runner Up David MacMillan?.
- 2004/2005 (Reign III): Brent Logan (SirRoundSound?). Prince Royale Mr Cumberbuns. 2nd Runner Up Terry Shea.
- 2003/2004 (Reign II): Mr Chance. MikeDaviesCole also ran. Josh Higgins was crowned King of Diamonds II but abdicated when he moved to Fort MacMurray?, Alberta. Prince Royale TyGer Fufu Dover.
- 2002/2003 (Reign I):None. Prince Royale Rayden Dk. Justin Kase also ran for this title. Rayden was Crowned King of Diamonds I but realized early on he was unable to fulfill his duties. The Crown then passed to Rick Oshea. Rick then was elevated to ICP III when the new Emperor proclaimed him so.
