- Pride Scrimmage
- Come celebrate Pride with the Anchor City Rollers with a special scrimmage. What is a scrimmage? It's a fun, low-stakes game of roller derby where the league (and close friends!) split into two teams to play each other. It's a great learning opportunity for all of our players and officials, but with all the hard-hitting action of a full-length roller derby bout. In celebration of the Halifax Pride festival, we'll be donning our rainbows and showing off our queer joy (while consensually hitting each other!)
- More information (including required forms) online. Skaters and officials must arrive by 6:30, doors open for spectators at 6:45, play starts at 7.
