- Book Of Love Canada presents: Bi & Beyond Mixer
- No matter your relationship preferences or the type of connection you are looking for, THIS is the event for you. Mix and mingle with like-minded people and see where the conversation goes. Meet 2S/LGBTQIA+ 'singles' from across Nova Scotia.
- Do you know what a Lock & Key Mixer is? Before you start balking at the thought of a 70’s throwback and a very large bowl filled with everyones keys, I'm sorry to say this is not that kind of event... ;) Lock and Key is a really straight forward way to make sure everyone mingles without the need for awkward silences. In a nut shell, half of the room gets keys and the other half gets locks. Meet as many people as you can and see if your lock and key are a match. If the lock opens the lucky couple will come to us and be entered into a draw for the potential to win the door prize. You then get either a lock or key (the opposite of what you had last time) and away you go again.

- Be Kind and Grind, Show 1
- The night began like many others. The troupe had gathered to hatch plans for the next big show in Kristyn’s humble Halifax apartment. The fridge was fully stocked with gay water and Mister O’Mazing’s pockets were busting with pre-rolled joints. Unbeknownst to the crew, these joints were loaded with intergalactic ganja supplied by our Planet Pride cosmic allies during their last trip through the Milky Way. The troupe was soon giggling with TH-Glee. There was more than one hot box in the apartment and Kristyn needed some fresh air. The troupe was then horrified to discover that the space smoke had reversed the polarity on Kristyn’s VHS cassettes and every one of her movies had been erased. Knowing this would destroy their beloved host, the crew leapt into action to recreate her favourite films. Will she discover the ruse? How long can the troupe keep it up?

But despite experiences of isolation and discrimination, they love their communities and strive to make them places where everyone, no matter who and how they love, can live and thrive.
