Seven photo albums labelled GAE I to GAE VII. In Dan arranged with Jim's husband Vancouver Q historian Bill Pusztai to pack and ship the materials to Dan MacKay?'s house where they were very occasionally pulled out to caption for about 14 years and then sent to the NovaScotiaLGBTSeniorsArchive.

Dan says: Jim gave me this box before he left Halifax, and has been sitting at the back of my closet for... thirty years? I was looking for something else and found it. It's very rich in internal GAE material and Pride too.

TonyTrask says, "John Hurlburt was very picky about things, so this was some kind of record, put in writing. The letter is typed by me, yes [at are my initials.] It is exactly how how I typed them. Also I think it was written by me. The date is near when I was finished at the office. Someone started to print a new newsletter à la "have you heard" because Bob Ertel had left Halifax.
